You upload a pic of yourself, enter in your height and weight and age, tell them how much weight you want to see yourself lose in the picture, and they reply within a day or so with your slimmed down picture. SO COOL! And they don't charge you anything which is sweet.
Very inspirational, I printed out mine and put it in the kitchen.
